Dondi's Experience
Dondi has been involved in athletics for over 25 years and it is still her life's passion. She firmly believes that you are only as good as your coaches and believes that she has trained under the best.
Dondi's training style is that of her mentor, Penny Price McIntosh, one of the country's leading fitness and bodybuilding experts. Not only did Dondi work as a trainer for Penny, but she was Penny's training partner. Dondi refers to the knowledge gained from Penny as "Penny-Priceless."
Dondi believes there is an athlete in all of us and works hard to bring that athlete out. Her client base includes competitive athletes ranging from Figure competitors to Football players and from Navy Seals to Triathletes and of course, those who just want to be in shape. The greatest accomplishment of her career was convincing a meek person that she was a champion. "I never get tired of seeing that FIRST full range pull-up! The look on their face inspires me!"
Dondi's principles are basic. Turn the body into a machine, and the rest will follow. You can always hone your innate skills to be a better athlete; however, without a combination of strength, power, flexibility and core conditioning, your skills will remain average at best. It is Dondi's goal to completely ruin the concept of complacency. She wants her clients to understand that it is the mind that is weak, not the body. She will make you both mentally and physically strong so that from this day forward, you will ONLY proceed to the next level.
